What you will do
- Operating planting machines, soil and substrate filling
- Carrying out processing activities for sowing and planting cuttings and young plants
- Starting, monitoring, and adjusting machine processes
- Quick intervention in case of malfunctions to reduce downtime
- Supporting manual production activities when necessary
- Performing preventive maintenance and ensuring efficient machine operation
What we are looking for
- Basic conversational English, level B1–C2; Dutch language is an advantage
- Valid category B driving license
- Interest in horticulture; experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Technical skills and the ability to operate and adjust machines
- Practical and proactive attitude, with problem-solving skills
- Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends
- Ability to work in a team safely
What we offer
- €14.99 gross/hour, excluding shift allowance
- After successful completion of training and probation period: €14.99 gross/hour plus 15% shift allowance, approximately €17.23 gross/hour
