  • First and last name
  • Home address
  • Email address and phone number
  • Complete CV: work experience, education, skills
  • Copy of ID card or passport (if required)
  • Driver's license, foreign language level, availability
  • Relevant medical data (if required for placement)
  • Other information voluntarily provided by the candidate

2. Purpose of data processing

The data is collected solely for the purpose of mediating employment between candidates and partner employers in Romania, the European Union, and other EEA countries.

We do not employ directly, but act as a recruitment and selection agency.

  • Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
  • Legitimate interest in providing recruitment services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

4. Who do we share the data with?

The data may only be shared with partner employers, employment agencies, payroll companies, or authorities if required by law.

All our partners comply with GDPR requirements and have signed data processing agreements.

The data is kept for up to 5 years from the last update or until you withdraw your consent, unless a law requires a longer period.
