Work on preparing food product orders for the Plus supermarket, in a warehouse with temperatures between 4°C and 12°C.
What you will do
- Preparing orders using the voice picking system.
- Arranging products on carts and containers.
- Using technical equipment according to instructions.
- Maintaining accuracy and picking speed.
- Following work rules and safety procedures.
What we are looking for
- For Polish candidates, the minimum English level is A2; candidates who speak only Polish may be considered if they have order picking experience.
- For other nationalities, an English level of B1–B2 is required.
- Driving license; it is preferred that all candidates have a license and are willing to drive.
- Good physical condition, appropriate attitude, experience, and references.
- Maintaining a high work pace and accuracy is necessary.
- Wearing safety shoes, long pants, and protective cap is mandatory.
- Identity card or passport must be carried at all times at the workplace.
- Phones, headphones, earplugs, jewelry, and large watches are prohibited during work.
What we offer
- Starting salary: €15.68 gross/hour.
- 40% bonus for work Monday to Friday between 00:00–06:00 and 23:00–00:00.
- 25% bonus for work Monday to Friday between 19:00–23:00.
- On Sundays, a 100% bonus from 00:00–23:00 and 40% from 23:00–00:00.
- On Saturdays, a 40% bonus from 00:00–06:00 and 25% from 15:00–23:00.
- Vacation allowance of 8.33%, paid together with the weekly salary.
- No extra pay for working in the cold.
